Part of the stunning new ‘British Bloom’ collection in the RHS Gifts for Gardeners series, this eye-catching set features a beautifully bold design of dahlias and peonies, some of the most beloved blooms in the garden. And now that these garden classics are once again hot horticultural favourites, ‘British Bloom’ is firmly en vogue. The designs have been carefully selected from the RHS Lindley Library, and include early nineteenth-century botanical illustrations and watercolours dating back to the 1630s.
Both the RHS-endorsed trowel and fork are high quality and have a specially-painted FSC hardwood handle, and the trowel head is engraved with the Gertrude Jekyll quote, "The love of gardening is a seed once sown, that never dies." The box is finished with a toning grosgrain ribbon, making the set a truly delightful gift.
