One side of the hammer is textured, for use tenderising the tougher cuts of red meat. The other side is smooth, so is perfect for flattening poultry to create delicious chicken schnitzel or katsu. However, this hammer is also multi-purpose and can be used for crushing nuts, garlic, peppercorns or even ice!
