It is an unglazed porous clay pot, which when filled with water and buried within the pot allows water to slowly seep through into the soil. Meaning your plants will no longer be drying out during the summer months.
The irrigation method has been used in many hot environments around the world and this one has been designed with garden pots, planters, patio containers and greenhouses in mind. All you need to do is to part fill with potting soil, leaving the neck of the pot exposed and position the plants around the pot, adding more soil if required.
