If you wish to initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team. You can contact us in one of the following ways:

  • Email: sales@auntiemorags.co.uk with the subject “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.
  • Form: Visit the Contact Us page and fill out the form with the required information and relevant information about your return.  

In your message, include:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return - e.g. if the item is unwanted or faulty/incorrect
  • Photos of the item(s), paperwork and the packaging

Once we confirm your return request, we’ll send you:

  • Our returns address
  • Any return instructions

Make sure to:
Pack the item securely
Include any original packaging, tags, or accessories
Keep your proof of postage

Refund
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.

Items must be in their original condition (unless faulty).
Some items (like opened hygiene products or personalised goods) may not be eligible for return.
If it’s unwanted, you will need to cover return postage.
