Made from 1.2mm heavy gauge steel with a non-stick ceramic coating, this tray is designed to evenly absorb heat from commercial ovens to produce a perfect baked finish. This tray is also commercial fridge & freezer safe, but is not suitable for domestic ovens due to the large size.
