Please note, due to the nature of the mug's material, we would recommend filling your mug with warm water (NOT boiling) before using. When using, you should also allow boiled water to cool for a few minutes before pouring into the mug. This is because a sudden change in temperature can cause the melamine to expand and crack. Not suitable for microwave/oven use.
